Courts & Clubhouse: The club has 3 tar macadam courts with floodlights, as well as a small clubhouse with a kitchen, toilets and changing facilities. The toilets and kitchen are only in use from April to October as the water is otherwise turned off to prevent winter frost damage to the property.

Floodlights: Full operating instructions for the floodlights are located inside the clubhouse, but please note that the lights MUST be switched off by 10pm - this helps minimise the impact of the club on our neighbours and is also a planning restriction. Tokens for the lights can be obtained from some committee members - they cost £5.00 and last for one hour. Access to the clubhouse is required for floodlight operation.

Balls: The club will provide new balls for league matches and other competitive and social tennis events organised by the club. Those used balls will then be placed in the clubhouse for use during club coaching and by members during club sessions and must be returned to the clubhouse after use. At all other times members should bring their own balls to play with. Visitors must bring and use their own balls.

Ball Machine: A ball machine is available for use by our members. Please ask a committee member for instructions if you have not used our machine before.

First Aid: A first aid kit and emergency contact list are located in the clubhouse to help with any accidents occurring at the club. Please ensure any accident is properly recorded in the accident book and advise a committee member of the accident so that any causes can be investigated and addressed if appropriate.

Damage to club property MUST be reported. Please contact a committee member if you break anything or find equipment that is damaged or broken.

All club Policies and Procedures are displayed in the clubhouse as well as on the website. A suggestion box is also provided.
